At Malonaa, we are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders worldwide!


Order Processing Times

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it is placed.

  • An order is considered “dispatched” once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your chosen address.

  • During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times

  • 🇺🇸 USA: 7–10 business days

  • 🌍 Other Countries: 10–15 business days

Please note: Shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control, particularly during peak times, holidays, or due to customs checks. These factors could extend delivery times beyond the estimates above.


Order Accuracy & Changes

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate shipping details at checkout.

  • Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in delays or order cancellations.

  • If our system detects an issue with your address, our support team will email you within 3 business days to verify. If we don’t hear back within that timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at Malonaa2015llc@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to make corrections, but changes cannot be guaranteed after this window.


Delivery Delays

At Malonaa, we understand how important timely delivery is and we do our best to ship orders quickly. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Courier issues or transit disruptions

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Customs clearance delays

  • Payment or address verification problems

While we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, we will keep you informed and assist wherever possible to resolve any issues.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is handed over to the courier, it is outside of our control. If your package is lost or stolen:

  • We recommend also reaching out to the courier directly to file a claim, as they may request additional details from you.

  • Malonaa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and they are not covered by our refund policy.

In certain cases, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation. If necessary, filing a police report may also be recommended.
